We have worked in the social and healthcare industry for over 10 years supporting individuals with learning difficulties and those with mental health issues. Over the years we realised that the need for good quality of care and support workers continue to grow we decided to reduce the gap and ensure that there were enough workers to take care of our loved ones, and those with additional requirements.
